N.Y.—The Syracuse Yacht Club held races on Lake Onondaga on September 6th.
The 30-foot class, over a nine-miles course, was won by B.B., in 24
minutes 15 seconds; Onawyta, 15 seconds behind; 3. Nellie B. The
handicap for boats under 40 feet was won by Onawyta, time, 43 minutes 19
seconds; 2, B.B., 44 minutes 35 seconds; Bullet, 43 minutes, 44
seconds; 4. Barber; 5. Nellie B. The finished were very close.
