Madison, Ind., July 4 [1976] (AP) — Bill Muncey drove Atlas Van Lines to victory today in the 28th Madison Regatta and the Indiana Governor's Cup for unlimited hydroplanes. Miss U.S., driven by Tom D'Eath, finished second.
The victory was the second in four races for Atlas, which won the first race at Miami and finished second at Washington and the Gold Cup race at Detroit a week ago.
