Madison, Ind., July 10, [1978] (UPI) — Bill Muncey drove to his fourth straight unlimited-hydroplane victory yesterday, capturing the Indiana Governor's Cup in the Madison Regatta on the Ohio River. He had an average speed of 109.409 miles an hour.
