"Built by Les Staudacher, she is a new boat for 1959, and is owned by the same men who owned Wildroot Charlie, Schutt-Aikens-Hardt. She is powered by a two-stage Allison, and her first race was the 1959 Detroit Memorial, where she suffered damage in a qualifying run and was unable to continue."
